There are many options available to:

- event planners, who wish to promote their event to an international community
- community leaders, who wish to promote tourism to their community
- business owners, who wish to promote their business or service
- travel agencies, hotels, B&B's - anyone who wishes to promote "packages" that support the growth of tourism to your community

In all situations, you must "sign-up" to be a member of the o­n-line international community that is being created here at PORT OF ROCHESTER.com.

TO SIGN UP:
Go to http://www.portofrochester.com/CMS
Select "sign-up" in the login panel o­n the right and follow the instructions
A password will be e-mailed to you
Login (go to my account if you wish to change your password)
Once you are logged in, you can:
- Submit Event, Submit News, Submit Listing
From the drop down box presented, select what you'd like to submit - basic listings, events and news are NO COST. Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum listings are $25, $50, $100, $200 annually respectively. More o­n what's in each listing type in another FAQ.
- You may also submit a Web Link by selecting Web Links (from the Main Menu or from the link at the top right of the page), then select "Add Link" just to the right of the Search button.

NO COST options include:
1. Web Links
2. Basic Listings
3. News (share your community, what to do, what to see, how to see it!)
4. Events (promote your community events)

Fee Based Options
1. Banner Ad o­n Home Page - per view fee - .05 cents per view - you select the number of views OR $100 unlimited for 1 year. (142x142 pixels - JPG or GIF)
- o­nce you are established as a client, you are provided a URL to track your views
2. Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum Listings - Platinum presented o­n top of others, etc.
3. For agents our companies that wish to promote tour packages, you will pay a $50/annual fee for unlimited packages or $10/package description.
- To be able to submit packages, your user account must be added to the "agent" group. This must be done manually (by me) - please send your request to liuppa@portofrochester.com, when you are ready to submit a package

All payments due are handled electronically via Pay Pal.
